Break Terms

What a break is.

When you choose "open live on stream," you are buying the sealed product listed. We open that product on a live broadcast and ship you every card that comes out of it. You are paying for the sealed product, not for a specific card or a guaranteed outcome.

All breaks are final.

Once a product has been opened on stream, the sale cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned. This applies regardless of what the product contains. If you are not comfortable with this, choose "ship sealed to me" instead and open it yourself.

Timing.

Breaks are opened within 7 days of purchase on a scheduled stream. Your order will appear on our Break Queue page with its scheduled date. If we have to reschedule, your order stays in the queue and we'll email you the new date.

You'll get video.

Every break is recorded. After your break we email you a clip of your specific opening along with your tracking number. Full broadcasts are also archived on our channels.

Shipping after a break.

Cards ship within 3 business days of your break. Hits and any card we judge to be of significant value ship in a semi-rigid holder inside a team bag, in a bubble mailer. Base and commons ship in a sealed team bag. High-value orders ship with signature confirmation and insurance.

If we can't open your break.

If a product turns out to be unavailable, damaged, or tampered with before opening, we cancel and refund that order in full. We do not substitute a different product without asking you first.

Missing or damaged shipments.

We reserve the right to refuse or refund any order, and to remove anyone from our streams and chats for harassment or abuse.
